4. Shipping
- We will ship your order within 3 business days of your order confirmation.
- We ship orders using TCS.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

5. Returns and Exchanges
- We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 3 days of your purchase.
- To return a product, please contact us at ADMIN @ dreamyscents. pk for a return authorization number.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Once we receive your returned product, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase.
- We do not accept exchanges for different products. If you wish to exchange a product for a different scent or size, you will need to return the original product and place a new order.
6. Limited Warranty
We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Our sole liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective product.
